The "made to order" part on their description is a LIE. Called to order carry out. Asked for a large pepperoni with onions and asked if they could chop the onions a little bit for me. They, and other restaurants, have done so before upon request. The woman was snippy on the phone and told me they couldn't do it. I then changed my order and before i could complete it, the woman hung up on me. I went to the restaurant and immediately asked for the manager and proceeded to tell her about the lack of customer service on the phone. She denied that it was her on the phone and the girl in the back was laughing. All the manager did was say she was sorry. She made NO attempt to correct or mitigate the issue and rang up my order. Her lack of managerial skills was insult to injury when she failed to do anything about the situation. I asked who the owner was and was told it was a corporation so the "family-owned" part on their description is apparently another LIE. I assured her that I would not be coming back to her store. I've gotten better customer service at McDonald's than this place.
